While we try as hard as we can to get things right the first time, this Freight Buddy quotation is an estimate only. Upon scheduling your shipment, Freight Buddy will invoice you the customer for the amount of the quotation, however actual freight costs' may change if weight, classification, or fuel surcharges increase between the time of quotation and the actual carrier pickup. Other accessorial charges may apply after the time of delivery if not noted at the time of booking to include: Extreme length, high cost delivery, remote delivery, inside delivery service. Also, Freight Buddy reserves the right to charge $30.00 per cancelled shipment if warranted. Though it rarely happens, Freight Buddy reserves the right to reinvoice you the customer for any of the above additional expenses.

Freight Buddy will work hard to resolve or correct any omission, damage, or mis-shipment caused by the carrier on behalf of the customer. However, the customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Freight Buddy from any claims or loss resulting out of any act or omission of the Carrier, its employees or agents in the transport of the goods.
